Job description:
- A hunter with a max 12-15 years’ experience.
- Experience in selling banking/regulatory/compliance products is a must
- Reasonable understanding of the FS landscape including the IT landscape, competitors, Price points etc.
- Good quality first-level CXO connects in Tier II/Tier II institutions like Community Banks, Credit Unions.
- Good reach in regions other than NY.
- Someone who can hit the ground running from Day 1.
- Ability to manage partnerships and internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales of regulatory technology, risk and compliance solutions to banking non-banking clients in the US.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within the banking sector.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to clients.
- Maintain a deep understanding of client's products and their competitive positioning.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
